Figure painting has the most appeal to me. And, I just stumbled upon it in university. I find it is the hardest thing to paint being that it emotionally ties me to the event of creating a painting from another 'being'. The figure is a beautiful thing and unique to all of us. Each line and curve telling a story. Completely natural and organic.
